Due to the handmade and small-batch nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds.

Please be sure to review product descriptions, sizing, and photos carefully before placing your order.


Exceptions: Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, we’ll determine the best resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit, at our discretion.


Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. Please contact your local post office or carrier directly for delivery issues.


Made-to-Order & Custom Items

All made-to-order or custom items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund for any reason.
