We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. Products & Availability

All products are offered subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify offerings at any time without notice.

Many items are handmade or made-to-order. Due to the nature of handcrafted goods, slight variations in color, texture, size, or finish are normal and are not considered defects.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice.

Payment is due at the time of purchase. By completing your order, you authorize Evolve Creative to charge your selected payment method for the full order amount, including applicable taxes and shipping fees.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order suspected of fraud, misuse, or unauthorized activity.

4. Shipping & Local Pickup

Evolve Creative ships within the United States only.

Processing times, shipping methods, and delivery estimates are outlined in our Shipping Policy. Processing time is separate from shipping time and may vary, especially for made-to-order items.

Local pickup may be available for select orders. Pickup instructions will be provided at checkout or via confirmation email. Orders marked for local pickup will not be shipped.

Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, Evolve Creative is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or carrier-related issues.

5. Returns & Refunds

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Evolve Creative does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Exceptions may be made only if an item arrives damaged or incorrect. You must contact us within 48 hours of deliverywith clear photo documentation. Any resolution (replacement or store credit) is at our sole discretion.

6. Digital Downloads

All digital products (including but not limited to downloadable files, templates, graphics, or digital artwork) are final sale and non-refundable.

Due to the nature of digital products, once a file has been delivered or accessed, no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be issued under any circumstances.

Digital files are for personal use only unless otherwise stated and may not be shared, resold, redistributed, or reproduced.

7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By placing an order, you agree to contact Evolve Creative first regarding any issues before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Fraudulent chargebacks or disputes for completed, delivered, or final-sale orders will be contested and may result in:

  • Permanent restriction from future purchases

  • Submission of documentation to the payment processor

  • Recovery of costs, fees, or damages associated with the dispute

8. Accuracy of Information

We strive to display accurate product descriptions, pricing, and images. However, Evolve Creative does not guarantee that all content is error-free, complete, or current.

We reserve the right to correct errors or inaccuracies and to cancel orders resulting from such errors.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including designs, images, logos, product names, text, graphics, and digital files — is the intellectual property of Evolve Creative and may not be copied, reproduced, resold, or distributed without written permission.

10. User Conduct

You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose or to violate any applicable laws.

Harassment, abuse, hate speech, fraudulent behavior, or misuse of this site will not be tolerated and may result in termination of access.

11. Limitation of Liability

Some items offered by Evolve Creative may be sold as pre-orders or part of limited drops.

  • Pre-order items are not ready to ship at the time of purchase.

  • Estimated ship dates will be clearly stated in the product description.

  • All pre-order timelines are estimates only and may change due to production volume, material availability, or unforeseen delays.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Pre-orders are final sale

  • No cancellations, refunds, or exchanges will be issued

  • Orders containing pre-order items will ship once all items are ready, unless otherwise stated
