Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days unless otherwise noted. Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During busy seasons, launches, or special promotions, processing times may be slightly longer. We always appreciate your patience with handmade items 🤍

Shipping Destinations

At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.

Shipping Rates & Carriers

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, package size, and weight.
We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS (and occasionally UPS, depending on the order).

Shipping Time Estimates

Once your order has shipped, delivery typically takes:

  • USPS First Class / Ground Advantage: 3–5 business days

  • USPS Priority Mail: 1–3 business days

Please note these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control. Once a package is in the carrier’s hands, delivery timing is determined by them.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Returned packages may require additional postage to be resent.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos (if applicable), and we’ll do our best to help resolve the issue.

 

Local Pickup

We offer local pickup for select orders.

  • Local pickup details (location, timing, and instructions) will be provided at checkout or via confirmation email.

  • Orders marked for local pickup will not be shipped.

  • Please bring your order confirmation when picking up.

If you choose local pickup and later request shipping, additional shipping charges will apply.

Made-to-Order Disclaimer

Many of our items are made to order and handcrafted with care.

  • Made-to-order items require additional processing time, which will be clearly noted in the product description.

  • Processing times may vary depending on order volume, season, or customization.

  • Because these items are created specifically for you, processing times cannot be rushed.
